Grassland Solutions was originally founded by Terry Schaefer in 1998. When his son, Matt, returned from college, Terry shifted back to farming full-time, allowing Matt to focus on the fencing business. Matt and his wife Karin have taken over the business and focus on three pillars in their business model: Integrity, Quality Craftmanship, and Customer Satisfaction.
